58% of the cream consists of caramelized Biscoff cookies. The 1.6 kg net product comes in a shatterproof PET jar measuring 16 × 11 × 11 cm (gross weight 1.7 kg). Shelf life is 13 months —this is the longest shelf life in the Lotus Biscoff range and is a key advantage for businesses with irregular consumption patterns. The product is 100% vegan, contains no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives, and, according to the manufacturer, has high freeze-thaw stability.

Short answer: All four are made from the same cookie, but they serve different purposes. The two most commonly confused are the cream and the topping: the difference between them isn’t just the consistency—it’s the proportion of cookie.
