As Santral Gıda Dağıtım, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), this Privacy Policy has been prepared in order to inform you about the purpose for which the personal data transmitted to us as the data controller will be processed, to whom and for what purpose the processed data can be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting personal data and your rights under the KVKK.

These data are processed based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5 of the KVKK; being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation and protection of our legitimate interests.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD, you have the following rights:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • Requesting information if processed
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
  • Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
  • Request correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed
  • To request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated by the KVKK
  • To request notification of the above transactions to third parties to whom it is transferred
  • Objecting to a result that is unfavorable to you as a result of being analyzed by automated systems
  • To demand compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
