Description
Lotus Biscoff Crumble 750 g is the ready-to-use crumb version of Lotus Biscoff, Belgium’s caramelized speculoos cookie. It can be used directly for cheesecake crusts, dessert layers in glasses, and as a topping for ice cream and beverages; it eliminates the need to crush the cookies. Santral Gıda is a wholesale food supplier that has been delivering to all 39 districts of Istanbul six days a week with next-day delivery since 1995.
What is the wholesale price of Lotus Biscoff Crumble 750 g?
The current wholesale price for a 750-gram package is 760 TL—which works out to approximately 1,013 TL per kilogram. The price does not include VAT and, since this is an imported item, may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations; please obtain written confirmation from our sales representative before placing an order.
Should I buy 750 g or 7.5 kg?
The only deciding factor is your consumption rate. The crumbs absorb moisture and lose their crispness over time once the package is opened; therefore, buying a package you can’t finish in 2–3 weeks means you’ll lose the savings you gained per kilogram due to waste.

What is Biscoff? Is it the same thing as speculoos?
Biscoff is the brand name of the caramelized cookie produced by the Belgian company Lotus Bakeries; the cookie is a type of speculoos. Speculoos is a traditional Belgian cookie baked with cinnamon and spices until caramelized and typically served with coffee. The name “Biscoff” comes from a combination of the words “biscuit” and “coffee.” In Turkey, it is known in the industry as “Lotus biscuit,” “Lotus crumbs,” or “Biscoff crumbs.”
Where is crumble used?
The four most common uses are: as a base for cheesecake and pastries, as a layer in cup desserts, as a topping for ice cream and milkshakes, and sprinkled on the foam of hot and cold coffees. In addition, it is used as a topping for croissants and donuts, as a substitute for cocoa in layered desserts like tiramisu, and as a topping for brownies.
How do you use it as a cheesecake crust?
The classic ratio is about one-third of the weight of the crumbs in melted butter: 200 g of crumbs + 65–70 g of butter makes enough for the bottom of a 22-cm pan. Press the mixture into the pan and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes. For the cream cheese topping, use Master Chef Fresh Cream Cheese 2750 g or Kaanlar Mascarpone 400 g; to prevent the surface from drying out on display, you can apply a thin layer of Brillo Plain cold jelly.
Is it used for topping drinks and serving lattes?
Yes, it’s the signature touch of Biscoff latte presentations. It’s sprinkled on top of the foam right before serving—if sprinkled too early, the crumbs absorb moisture and become soft. To add a caramel note to the drink, use Lotus Biscoff Topping Sauce (1 kg) instead of the crumbs, and for coating the inside of the glass, use Lotus Biscoff Spread (1600 g ).
Should I use store-bought crumbs, or should I crush the cookies myself?
Ready-made crumbs are generally more expensive; what they offer is time savings and consistency. With biscuits crushed by hand, the size of the pieces varies each time, and the base sometimes crumbles and sometimes hardens. In a kitchen that bakes several cakes a day, the task of crushing takes minutes, and the labor cost offsets the price difference of the pre-made crumbs. If you’d like to crush the cookies yourself, we offer our Lotus Biscoff Cookies 250 G product.

Is there an alternative to the Speculoos-flavored filling?
On the filling side, Puratos’ Deli Speculoos Ready-to-Use Filling (6 kg ) falls within the same flavor family. The difference is this: Lotus brand recognition is a value sold to the customer (you can list “Lotus” on the menu), while Deli Speculoos is a cost-effective filling solution. Most bakeries use both together—Deli for the filling and Lotus for the visible surface.
How do you store breadcrumbs? Do they absorb moisture?
Yes, the biggest problem is moisture. Unopened packages should be stored in a cool, dry place until the best-by date on the packaging; refrigeration is not necessary and is not recommended—refrigerator moisture will make the crumbs lose their crispness. Once opened, the package should be tightly resealed or the crumbs transferred to a glass or plastic container with a lid. If the crumbs become damp and clumpy, they can be partially restored by drying them in a 150 °C oven for 5 minutes.
Can it be frozen?
It is not necessary or recommended to freeze the crumb mixture on its own; the condensation that forms as it thaws will ruin the crispness. However, cheesecake crusts made from the crumb mixture can be flash-frozen in the pan—a common practice in bakeries.
